Pedro Magalhães, at BTL 2022

Pedro Magalhães, founder and CEO of Europalco, made an appearance as a guest speaker in a discussion about what to expect from the next generation of events at BTL - Lisbon Tourism Exchange.

"We have an obligation to make changes because they are necessary," was the opening statement of Pedro's speech, which addressed topics such as event venues, post-pandemic adaptation, the use of new technologies, and finally, hybrid events, which he described as "events with two distinct experiences."
