Today marks the International Day of Happiness, in order to highlight the importance of happiness and well-being for the human being.
Increasingly concerned with internal satisfaction, and aware that happier employees are more cohesive, well-disposed and, above all, more motivated, Europalco is putting happiness at the top of the agenda.

It was in March 2021, still in the middle of the pandemic, and to know about our people, some still at home or on telework, that the Happiness Questionnaire emerged! The questionnaire translates into a question "In general, how do you feel today at Europalco?" to monitor the state of our happiness.
